2. Use of Website

This website is intended for business-to-business (B2B) use by workshops, dealers, brand clients, wholesalers, and selected retail customization buyers. By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Products and Services

YUNZ AUTO manufactures and supplies:

  • Custom steering wheels for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, and Tesla vehicles
  • Automotive lighting systems (headlights and tail lights)
  • Interior parts and upgrades
  • Old steering wheel refurbishment services

Product specifications, materials, and availability are subject to confirmation at the time of order. Images on this website are for illustrative purposes and may not represent the exact final product.

4. Orders and Quotations

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by YUNZ AUTO.
  • Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • Minimum order quantity (MOQ) starts from 1 piece for steering wheels.
  • Lead times: in-stock products typically ship in around 3 days; custom steering wheels take approximately 3 to 12 days. Selected in-stock items may ship the same day.
  • Prices are factory-direct and quoted in USD or as agreed. Shipping, customs duties, and taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

5. OEM / ODM Services

We support OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) orders. Private label branding, custom packaging, and sample development are available. Specific terms for OEM/ODM projects, including intellectual property rights and exclusivity, are governed by separate written agreements.

6. Quality and Compliance

  • Our factory operates under ISO9001 quality management standards.
  • Selected products can be prepared according to target market compliance requirements.
  • Each product undergoes quality inspection before shipment.

7. Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty for non-human damage on steering wheels. Warranty terms for other products are specified at the time of order. Warranty claims must be submitted with evidence (photos, videos, or inspection reports) for verification.

8. After-Sales and Refunds

  • All after-sales and refund terms are subject to prior written agreement between the buyer and seller at the time of order.
  • No-reason refunds are not offered for custom or made-to-order products.
  • After-sales claims must be supported by verifiable evidence, including but not limited to photos, videos, or third-party inspection reports.
  • Final handling of after-sales cases is based on the agreed order terms and verified evidence.
  • Defective products confirmed by both parties may be repaired, replaced, or credited according to the agreed terms.

9. Shipping and Export

We export to Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, with a core focus on Europe and North America. Shipping methods, Incoterms, and delivery timelines are agreed upon at the time of order. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Foshan Yunjia Auto Supplies Co., Ltd. or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited. Brand names and model names referenced on this website belong to their respective owners and are used for compatibility reference only.

11. Age Requirement

This website and services are not directed at minors. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and place orders.

12. Limitation of Liability

YUNZ AUTO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the products purchased.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in Foshan, Guangdong, China, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
