YUNZ AUTO is a professional custom steering wheel manufacturer based in Foshan, Guangdong, China. We specialize in carbon fiber steering wheels and automotive interior upgrade products for German performance vehicles. Our customers include workshops, dealers, distributors, and private-label buyers across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
What We Do
We manufacture custom steering wheels using carbon fiber, forged carbon, Alcantara, Nappa leather, and other premium materials. Each steering wheel is crafted to match the specific vehicle platform, retaining OEM functions such as heating, lane assist, cruise control, paddle shifters, and airbag compatibility.
Beyond steering wheels, we also offer interior trim upgrades including carbon fiber trim panels, ambient lighting systems, and other interior modification components for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, and Volkswagen vehicles.
We support both OEM and ODM orders. Buyers can specify materials, colors, stitching patterns, branding, and functional requirements. Our team works closely with each client to deliver products that meet their market positioning and quality standards.

Our factory in Foshan, Guangdong follows a five-stage manufacturing process: material selection, carbon fiber production, leather hand stitching, electronic integration, and final inspection.
Quality control is conducted at three stages: incoming material inspection, in-process assembly control, and final inspection before packing. Every steering wheel undergoes surface finish check, stitching consistency verification, electronic function testing, and dimensional fitment verification.
